AirBnB for long-term renting in the UK. Problem; Renting in the UK is a nightmare, stressful, time consuming, fragmented. We built a web app for Landlords & tenants to connect like AirBnB for long term renting. Landlord interviews and tenant surveys concluded that this was a painful, frequent, expensive problem & worthwhile to solve. We built a scraping engine on a CRON and frontend with SvelteKit, integrating with countless 3rd party APIs and services. Also operating all the admin components with running a business. TLDR; Data Scraping, Railway, SvelteKit, TailwindCSS, Shad.cn, Prisma, Open Banking APIs.
